Apologies for my absence

I hope everyone has had a good Spring Break! I want to quickly apologize for my absence and delay in posting podcast episodes and articles. The week prior to Spring Break I got extremely sick and this week we were all on break. After the food poisoning I experienced, I needed some down time.
